The challenge is to raise macOS on a remote server using virtualization.
I heard about solutions from VMWare, but limited information did not allow me to go deeper. So, what kind of hardware will you have to collect for this?
What OS to use on the server?
What are the solutions for this?

Yes, VmWare supports various versions of macos.
On the server - ESXi, the latest version - 6.7.On a separate host - the license is free, you need to register on the vmware site.
Host management - by webmord.
Iron - guaranteed vmware starts only on the server side, but if you play a little prank it starts on a regular office car with 16G memory.
Solutions for what? Vmware has zillions of solutions for everything, but almost all of them are paid :)
